An Atlas Mirage 2008 caravan.  35ft x 12ft 8 berth with central heating for those chillier nights at Butlins Skegness.

The caravan is situated on sandhills it's a 5 minute walk to site amenities, for all the fun and partying, but distant enough for the peace and tranquillity.

The caravan comes equipped with a 32" flat screen T.V. DVD Player, Freeview,Hi-Fi system, Fridge freezer, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Iron, Ironing Board, Hoover, Hair Dryer, Shower with a separate toilet, plus decking and patio furniture.

Ample parking space at side of caravan and site security 24 hours a day.
3 night weekend breaks,4 night mid week breaks and a weekly breaks are also available at reasonable rates in gold plus accomadation.
Prices include passes for 4 people to Butlins, and a clean. Extra passes are available at a cost. Linen can be provided by yourself or if you wish you can hire it from butlins at a cost. High chairs, cots etc. are also available at a cost.           A £60.00 non refundable deposit is required on all breaks.        And the full amount 8 weeks prior to your holiday.                   Unfortunately there are no pets or smoking allowed. Anyone found to be smoking will be asked to leave and no money will be refunded. Adult weekend breaks in 2012 will now require a £100.00 bond fee that you will get back at the end of your holiday if nothing is damaged. Only 6 people to are allowed on adult weekends.
Muddy shoes must be taken off prior to entering the van. Smoking is not allowed in the caravan anyone found smoking will be asked to leave and no money will be refunded. pets are not allowed in the caravan. As this is my own holiday home please respect the rules.
